Trying to start the forward business by the change of the crude oil price etc. has increased. To begin with, what is the forward business thing?
The date that was decided as shown in the name in the future (Ahead) is promised the delivery of the commodity (thing) with the forward business though it is said, “Taking in the future is pulled”. The commodity is not handed over, and the thing of dealings said that the price is decided when promising is indicated. It is called that it is said “futures trading” in English in the United States. It is a meaning called dealings in the future. The origin where this forward business had arisen was a price of farm products. The thing that this method is used was a start because it evaded the risk that the price changes.
When the crude oil price soars to the person who wants to be suitable of the advantage for the person who wants to buy the commodity, the person who wants to sell it, and either, and to buy crude oil for instance, the forward business is embarrassed because it doesn’t buy it. Because the profit doesn’t go up if the crude oil price descends suddenly, the person who wants to sell it oppositely is embarrassed. Either loss will be said that it will escape going up or the fall if the crude oil price is decided then previously and it has dealings. Moreover, the forward business is very important as the function to form the equitable price besides the meaning said so.
In the futures market held in the exchange etc. , the purchaser and the seller are always participating. There is a thing that becomes a price to which the expectation doesn’t adhere either when competing a lot. It is a thing said that the function to form it as an equitable price will be provided. The price decided in the exchange to prove is open to the public through the newspaper and the Internet.
